Chris Laswell

Owner & Managing Director

Chris is the managing director of Symmetry Resource Group. He is focused on providing clients with business-driven technology solutions and superior results. Prior to establishing Symmetry Resource Group in 2010, Chris worked as a sales professional in the enterprise software services and business process optimization markets.

He has more than 20 years of experience working with clients, executives and partners in a variety of industries, and has worked for regional and national consulting firms, such as Fujitsu Consulting, headquartered in Tokyo, and Inacom Information Systems, headquartered in Madison, WI.

In his free time, Chris likes to spend time with family and traveling. He also volunteers with Boy Scouts of America, his church and local sports programs. He has a bachelor’s degree in communication with a minor in business from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.

Ignacio “Nacho” Gomez

Sr. Director of Services & Owner igeckoo Consulting

Ignacio "Nacho" is a senior leader and consultant for Symmetry Resource Group and owner of igeckoo Consulting in Mexico and Latin America. With his expertise in enterprise architecture, he provides clients with application, database and infrastructure installations, upgrades and troubleshooting, performance tuning and technical architecting and licensing optimization, among many other business-critical solutions.

Nacho has more than 18 years of experience working as an infrastructure, database and applications administrator, and has worked with clients in the U.S., UK and Mexico, including Sony Manufacturing, Kellogg and Grant Thornton.

In his free time, Nacho likes to play guitar, plays in a band and travels with his family. He has a master’s degree in computer science and a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communications from Monterrey Institute of Technology.

Omar Ramos

Director of Consulting Services

Omar Ramos oversees the Consulting Services team at Symmetry Resource Group. He is responsible for ensuring overall quality assurance and that all client needs are being met to the highest degree. Omar is, himself, an accomplished consultant with more than 12 years of experience working as an Oracle Database, Oracle Applications and E-Business Suite Analyst and Administrator and possesses extraordinary technical, analytical and organizational skills. Additionally, Mr. Ramos is a critical thinker and problem-solver and serves as one of Symmetry’s project leaders, both managing teams of varying size as well as working independently to drive successful results.

During his career he has been in charge of implementing, migrating, upgrading and supporting Information Management Systems that deliver optimal performance, high availability and recovery. Mr. Ramos has excelled in key leadership roles including Project Planning and Management activities.

Omar Yañez

Director of Remote Support & Managed Services

Omar Yañez manages and leads the remote support and managed services teams. As both an experienced technician and consultant Mr. Yañez understands the need for clients to receive the highest quality services while reducing overall costs in order provide superior business value. He is also the "backbone" of our process-driven approach and directs our support teams with strict "5S" principles of efficiency and workplace performance. His focus is on listening to our clients, understanding their business needs, and providing the most effective processes and services to satisfy even the most unique circumstances.

With significant experience in Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL platforms he has led projects ranging from the full development of application systems up to complete platform migrations, upgrades, and critical system enhancements.
